Scheduling Priority Service
BOOKING SERVICES AND ORDERINGÂ PRODUCT
To schedule any service work, including liner replacements, safety cover installations, major services, and ordering pools, hot tubs, or equipment, a 50% deposit is required. If you do not wish to move forward with the service after booking, a refund can be issued less a 25% service fee. This allows us to maintain priority service to all our clients and meet our commitments to you.

Deposits can be sent via e-transfer to mypoolguyns@gmail.com. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex to be processed on site only. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% service fee. ALL Product sales are final.

Please note we cannot guarantee times during the summer hours. Due to the high volume of calls, it's best to book early to ensure you are first on our list to receive priority service.
